Pipeweed preview, Intoximancer mini, and locking orders!

Despite being hit by back-to-back hurricanes, Intoximancy is blazing ahead... I'm creating a few last-minute pieces of art to fill some spots in the layout but we're really, really close.
Just yesterday, I finished this illustration of a laid-back halfling for the second page of the Pipweed Variant section. Here's a preview of the 420-word section describing the subclass...
And here's a look at how an Intoximancer's Pipe levels up...
I'm just waiting on a sample from the casting company. I'll share photos when it arrives! Here's a look at a 'parting' image they provided...
Order Locking...
Look for an order-locking email from Backerkit later today which will let me know exactly how many of these things we should be making! :)
Regarding Hurricane Nicole...
I fared much better than some of my neighbors as I'm a few miles inland and Nicole was a lot drier than Hurricane Ian was a few weeks back. I suffered no flooding or damage this time.
The power is backon, the skies are clear, and I'm back at it!
First look: Kegger and Buzzkill! And a post-hurricane production update!

Hurricane Ian cost me a couple of weeks but my life is nearly back to normal - just in time to head to the Baltimore Comic-Con this weekend.
I wanted to share a first look at the finished art for two creatures we unlocked as stretch goals during the campaign: the Kegger and every Intoximancer's worst nightmare... the dreaded Buzzkill! Eagle-eyed readers may have noticed how I've subtly continued the intoxication theme with these. ;)
The casting company is hard at work on the Intoximancer mini and I'm putting what I hope to be the finishing touches on the rules for the Pipeweed Variant.
I'll be sharing a nearly-complete version of the Intoximancy PDF with you all soon! I figure I'd let you all kick the tires as I prep the files for the printer.
Thank you again for your amazing support! I really hope you'll love the book!

A reason to drink! Intoximancy and Hurricane Ian!

As you may have seen on my social media, my town was in the path of Hurricane Ian and I'm still picking up the pieces. My home studio had a lot of water damage and today is the first day I've been able to work in here for more than a few hours without the mustiness overwhelming me. It's meant that I lost nearly a week, but I'm back at it! :)
When I wasn't sopping up water, ringing out towels or moving furniture, I was still able to work on my iPad so we have some new art to look at:
Backer surveys will be going out soon!
In a few moments, 5% of you will be receiving your backer surveys! This is called a "smoke test" to make sure everything is hooked up properly. The recipients are randomly chosen by Backerkit's system. If you do get one of these early surveys, please respond when you can. It helps to make sure I haven't broken everything. :)
If all goes well, the rest of the backer surveys will be going out late Thursday and Friday. Keep an eye out for those!
And if you'd like to support me on Patreon (and get cool stuff like the Intoximancer STL file), you can learn more here:
Right off the bat... I want to clarify that the SRD doesn't have any rules for intoxication or drunkenness and I know each DM may have their own way of approaching it. I'm including this short-and-sweet description in Intoximancy for you to use if you'd like:
Intoxication/inebriation/drunkeness is:
"Pleasantly suffering the Poisoned condition."
A poisoned creature has disadvantage on Attack rolls and Ability Checks.
And here's the preview (the page designs are also not final)...
Production Update
The campaign ended almost two weeks ago while Kickstarter is wrapping up their credit-card-processing, I've moved ahead with production and everything is going really well!
The Backerkit page is ready to go and backer surveys will be going out in the coming days (after Kickstarter finishes their process).
I also really hope everyone loves their PDFs of The Middle Age! If you haven't downloaded your copies yet, be sure to check your Kickstarter messages for the links and coupon code.
Thank you again for your amazing support!
